Assists you with the implementation of the 90 day plan. A complete back-end transformation for your wellness business. This hands-on service brings order, structure, and peace to your operations. Includes (customized to your needs): - Workflow + systems audit - Project management tool setup (ClickUp, Asana) - Team onboarding to new workflows - SOP creation or review - CRM setup/optimization - Basic email automations (e.g., welcome or nurture sequence) - Scheduling & payment tool integration - Biweekly check-ins
Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours so we would appreciate if all meeting times are adhered to as booked. If you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours prior to your meeting. If you fail to make two booked meetings you will be blocked from booking anymore meetings with us.
